Description
We will offer a variety of yoga and meditation sessions tailored to the theme “surface & depth,” as well as to the various workshops. These sessions will always incorporate the different levels and surfaces: skin & body, soul & emotions. Specific ideas: Outdoor yoga in a beautiful setting with a collection of natural materials for workshops, yoga & sound/music, evening relaxation with meditation, reflection questions, and journaling as preparation for collages, etc.
This course is free for Coolnest guests.
