Mary

Our governess Mary has been part of the #myexcelsiorteam for a whole 40 years and has been the good fairy since day one.

Mary knows our resort inside out, has the right solution for every problem, an open ear for every team member and is always available for a chat with our guests. With her open, calm and sensible personality, she makes every effort to ensure that every area of our resort is always clean and tidy and that our guests feel like at home.

Room card

With your room card, you have access to your own room, to the garage, to the ski room, to the Fit & Fun, to the Dolomites Sky Spa, as well as to the resort through all exterior doors. Please note that these will be blocked from midnight. We kindly ask you to keep your room card safe, as it will remain valid until the day of your departure.

If you turn the lock to the right at your room door, it locks. Thus, you are not disturbed by our maids. Use the door cards to rest or clean the room.

Housekeeping

The Excelsior Cleaning Team works in the morning from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. On request, the room is also cleaned in the evening. We kindly ask you to enquire the following at the reception by 7:30 PM on the same day.

We provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign with “OK” and “NO” options, allowing you to choose whether or not you wish to make use of the service.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, the #myexcelsiorgreen tag, when placed on the door, indicates that you prefer to waive the cleaning service for that day.

Towels are replaced upon request: simply leave them on the bathroom floor.

Bathrobes are provided free of charge and are laundered every seven days or at the end of your stay; additional laundering is available at an extra cost.

Bed linen is changed every three days; if the #myexcelsiorgreen tag is placed on the bed, the change will be skipped for that day in respect of the environment.

Room cleaning is carried out daily; however, by using the #myexcelsiorgreen tag, you may opt out of the service and contribute to sustainability.

Safe

In the closet, you will find the room safe with the associated instructions for use.

Mini bar

Upon arrival, you will find a bottle of water and a South Tyrolean juice in the fridge. We have gladly provided these for you free of charge. For further drinks you are welcome to call the number 626 (will be charged).

Backpack

You will find a hiking backpack in your room, which you are welcome to use during your stay. If you like, you are also welcome to purchase the backpack at the reception for 70,00 €.

Room request

We want our guests to feel well. If you are not satisfied with your room, please let us know and we will find an alternative solution for you!

Smoking

Please understand, that smoking is only allowed on the balcony and not in your room. On the balcony, you will find an ashtray.

Quiet rooms

All rooms offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
