Close your eyes, take a deep breath and listen: the silence of the forest, the flowing of the water, the calls of the birds.


You are now ready to begin and connect deeply with your soul.



1: Focusing on your breath, with your eyes closed, mentally imagine the air entering your nostrils, inflating your lungs, flowing through your body, and then exiting your mouth


2: While standing, take a big step back with one leg. Point your right foot in front of you. Bend your front leg until your knee is aligned with your ankle, and keep your other leg straight. Turn your torso to the side, keep your hands on your hips, and look straight ahead.

Distribute weight on both legs, take a deep breath.

P.S.: do it without shoes!


3: Start standing with your feet closed. Slide your right foot over your left leg so that your heel runs inside your calf.
