At the "hat dinner", a glowing hot iron hat is placed in the middle of the table. Everyone can grill pieces of beef, veal and poultry as they wish. While the meat sizzles, the vegetable soup in the "hat brim" becomes more and more aromatic.
We serve delicious polenta with gratinated cheese, hearty potatoes with bacon, homemade sauces and a bowl full of crisp, vitamin-rich salads.
