Movement and voice - exercises and tips for everyday life
With simple but effective physical exercises, we will feel more vitality and joie de vivre and help us to achieve more sound and freedom of voice. Tension and relaxation alternate, gentle and flowing movements open and enliven our inner spaces. With the voice, we experience our own, the personal and let it "sound through" - Per-sonare.

Olga Bolgari is a voice teacher, singer and choir director. She has developed her own holistic methods: Three-Dimensional Voice Development, Yocanto - Yoga and Bel Canto and Voice from Head to Toe. She enjoyed many years of speech training at the MDW (University of Music and Performing Arts) and MUK (Music Private University) in Vienna and further training in breathing and movement with Norbert Faller, Institute for Breathing Pedagogy in Vienna, and Gertrud Kotschy.
As singing can also be healing, she is interested in healing chants, chakra sounds and mantras. In recent years she has worked at the Landestheater Linz and is currently working at the Landesmusikschulwerk in Upper Austria.
