With flowing movements, gentle stretches and conscious breathing, you will build up strength, become more flexible and find more peace at the same time. The class is structured in such a way that you can find your way into the positions step by step - whether you are new to yoga or already have experience. At the end, we take time for relaxation techniques so that you can really let go and recharge your batteries. You'll leave with an open chest, a clear head and that typical vacation flow.
