In our mobility session, you work specifically on your mobility and more joint freedom - ideal for balancing out sport, excursions or long periods of lying by the pool. With flowing exercises, we mobilize your shoulders, spine, hips and ankles and bring lightness back into your movements. You will learn how to counteract stiffness and tension and expand your range of movement step by step. The training is suitable for all levels because you can easily adjust the intensity and range. Afterwards, you'll feel noticeably looser, more stable and 'rounded' in your body.
