Juggling is much more than just a game of skill: It’s mindfulness in action, trains both sides of the brain, and provides an immediate sense of accomplishment. Under professional guidance, we’ll take you step by step from the very basics to your first self-created juggling patterns.

A playful introduction: We’ll start with easy exercises that guarantee quick and frustration-free success—ideal for a fast start, even for younger participants ages 9 and up.

The art of juggling with three balls: Step by step, you’ll learn classic cascade juggling with three balls.

Mind & Coordination: Discover how juggling has been proven to improve concentration and reaction time while connecting the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Personalized Instruction: In a small, exclusive group, we provide individualized attention to each participant—from beginners to advanced hobbyists.

Recommended Age: Ages 9 and up (equally fascinating for children, teens, and adults)

Duration: Approx. 30 minutes

Number of participants: Exclusive setting (limited spots for optimal guidance)

Equipment: High-quality juggling balls will, of course, be provided by us for the duration of the workshop.
