Description
During the meditation, participants are first instructed on proper posture. The focus then shifts to breathing. The session lasts approximately 10 minutes (quality over quantity).
I can correct the posture of individual participants through touch without speaking during the meditation. It is also possible to perform two cycles and, in between, review the instructions based on what was learned previously.
The martial art Tai Chi Chuan is based on three main pillars: meditation, energy work (Qi Gong), and the Tai Chi Chuan form. A key force used in its practice is breath control. There are numerous exercises designed to bring the body into a state—both mentally and physically—that enables the practice of the martial art Tai Chi Chuan. I have selected a few of these and described them briefly. The descriptions are intended primarily to help readers understand what these exercises entail.
