Description
Variety is the order of the day in this class.
Athletic-functional exercises ideally complement endurance intervals from aerobics and functional + fascia training. This gets muscles, tendons and joints fit for everyday life. In flowing movement sequences, the muscles work in a network and are not activated in isolation. All body systems are involved, especially the fascia and the deep-lying core muscles.
The second part of the class takes place "on the mat": a colourful mix of core, stabilization, Pilates, yoga ... Mindful exercises mobilize and create space. We breathe deeply and come back to ourselves.
