Yin yoga allows you to consciously slow down and take time to really feel yourself. This calm form of yoga is an invitation to calm down and give your body space - without any pressure to perform, but with plenty of mindfulness. We stay in the positions for longer so that a deep, lasting stretch can develop and you can let go step by step. Yin yoga has a particularly beneficial effect on tension and gives you new flexibility and inner space. At the end of the class, you will leave feeling relaxed, grounded and pleasantly "light".
