This yoga unit focuses on strengthening physical exercises in combination with conscious breathing. You will strengthen your body, improve your posture and at the same time find more calm and focus through your breath. Depending on the style, we either immerse ourselves in the stable, deep practice of hatha yoga or flow into an energetic vinyasa flow. The class is structured in such a way that you can follow along and still be challenged - with variations for every level. You'll leave with renewed strength, freer breath and that clear, pleasant yoga glow.
