Choreographed and free forms of movement, inspired by Western and Eastern traditions, combine to create a healing and powerful dance. The harmonious movements have a balancing effect on the body's energy balance and activate the body's self-healing powers. Gentle, playful, regulating and yet powerful movement - that is Nia.
The "CLASSIC CLASS" follows the 7 cycles: Step In, Focus, Warm Up, Get Moving, Floor Play, Cool Down, Step Out.
