Have you ever tried ice bathing? You can do it in combination with Wim-Hof breathing. The Wim-Hof method combines: breathing technique with exposure to cold (ice bathing)
and conscious concentration. Ice bathing strengthens the immune system, promotes blood circulation and the production of killer cells. You also burn lots of calories. The conscious breathing technique prepares your body for the cold and you gain the mental readiness to endure the cold. You will experience a strengthening of your mental and physical resilience and experience all kinds of feelings of happiness.
After breakfast, take the coolnest shuttle (approx. 5 min.) to the pools in the middle of the magnificent scenery of the Zemmschlucht gorge. "Gumpen" are crystal-clear natural pools with fresh mountain crystal water. We take some time for a short, guided breathing exercise according to Wim-Hof in a dreamlike natural setting. Afterwards, it's off into the cold water for a few minutes. After a short warm-up and a hot cup of tea, we return to the hotel full of energy and feelings of happiness, where the sauna is already switched on for you. This experience is of course free of charge for you as a coolnest guest. Registration and meeting point is at reception. Please pack swimming trunks or a bikini and a towel, wear sturdy shoes and a warm jacket and hat.
