SPORTS MASSAGE
We recommend an activating, circulation-promoting massage before sport or a regenerative and relaxing massage after sport. Trained hands release cramps in heavily stressed muscle areas.
LEG AND FOOT MASSAGE WITH FOOT BATH
After a relaxing foot bath with lavender, legs and feet are massaged vigorously, muscles are loosened and circulation is stimulated. Ideal for heavy, tired legs, e.g. after a long day in the mountains.
DETOX MASSAGE
Various fascia techniques stimulate the connective tissue, boost the metabolism and encourage detoxification.
INTENSIVE BACK MASSAGE
The deep massage works with pressure and focuses on the deep tissue layers, which are often hardened or tense. Elements of trigger point massage are used to release these and promote flexibility.
FOOT STIMULATION MASSAGE
The sole of the foot is a mirror image of the body. Reflex zones are stimulated by pressure points, activating organs and individual areas of the body and stimulating the metabolism.
