Barre Workout is a highly effective full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training. It uses the eponymous ballet barre for exercises that use small, isometric movements and a high number of repetitions to strengthen the deep muscles, improve posture and tone the body without putting a lot of strain on the joints
