The Gsieser Valley with his hilly alpine pastures, steep mountains and beautiful scenery offers excellent conditions for cycling and hiking.

Today we head down valley towards Taisten. Our exact destination is the Kneipp path Rudlbach: there we will partake in a barefoot Kneipp Therapy. It is true, stepping into the cold water may seem a little daunting at first, but you will be immediately rewarded by the relaxing and circulation-stimulating effect that Kneipp is famous for. Now, with our energy recharged, we remount our e-bikes and head home to Hotel Quelle.
