Get our Private Chef Thorsten directly to the farmhouse and let him cook for you. Enjoy a multi-course menu directly in the farmhouse. With fresh produce straight from the Farmhaus garden. Just like that or for a special occasion.


Autumn & winter menu - selectable as 3 or 4 courses, customizations are of course possible:


Cream of potato soup with prawn skewer or bread chips

or (vegan also possible)

Pumpkin soup with bacon or bread chips (vegan also possible)


Beetroot carpaccio with pear, goat's cheese and caramelized walnuts


Souse vide cooked corn pourlade, sweet potato puree, mushrooms and bacon crunch

or

mushroom risotto with parmesan crackers (also vegan option)


chocolate mousse in a glass with berries and oatmeal crumble

or (also vegan option)

apple crumble with cheesecake cream

Prices:

3-course: €70.00 per adult with 6-9 people attending.

3-course: €60.00 per adult with 10-14 people attending.


4-course: €80.00 per adult with 6-9 people attending.

4-course: €70.00 per adult with 10-14 people attending.

€25.00 for children between 3 and 12 years of age.

A surcharge applies for fewer than 6 participants.


Additional €70.00 for preparation and follow-up, arrival and departure & cooking equipment.
