From November 12 to 15, we will be serving an exclusive St. Martin's goose menu in addition to our regular menu in the Hotel Bornmühle restaurant, which presents the traditional festive roast in a delicious variety.
Look forward to a golden-brown roasted St. Martin's goose, crispy on the outside and tender as butter on the inside, served with classic side dishes such as red cabbage, potato dumplings and chestnuts.
