Description
Among the orchestra members are several outstanding musical personalities, such as trumpeter Bernhard Plagg, who is engaged with the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, and Isabel Goller, an internationally renowned freelance harpist and co-initiator of the Südtirol Filarmonica. This time, the longest journeys will be undertaken by horn player Armin Terzer, travelling from China, and bassoonist Denis Plangger, coming from Malaysia.
The programme will take the audience on a musical journey that reflects Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s profound and deeply personal inner struggles, culminating in one of the most magnificent and solemn finales in the symphonic repertoire of the 19th century.
