Ever since our hotel opened, the Ludwigstube has been a vibrant part of it—once a public restaurant, famous for steaks cooked over an open fire and long nights filled with music, dancing, and laughter. In the early 2000s, the restaurant had to close, but instead of giving up on it, we carefully modernized it. Culinary-wise, it remains true to its roots: simple, authentic Allgäu dishes that touch the heart precisely because of their authenticity. At the heart of it all is our game from our own hunt—a piece of family history, a precious, sustainable gift from nature that fills us with pride.
For guests enjoying our half-board plan, we charge a reservation fee of €13.00 per person. All dishes can then be ordered at no additional cost.
For guests who have booked breakfast, the prices listed on the menu apply.
