A

Allgäu-Walser-Pass:

You can now create the guest cards yourself on your smartphone in the Allgäu-Walser app.

Before your arrival, you will have already received an email with instructions for online check-in. Once you have completed everything, you will immediately receive your Allgäu-Walser-Pass ID. The corresponding QR code (Allgäu-Walser-Pass) will be activated from 0.00 am on the day of arrival. You will also receive a link to your Allgäu-Walser-Pass by email.

With the Allgäu-Walser-Pass you can use the Walserbus to the Walserschanze border/stop free of charge. In summer, use of the open mountain railroads and chairlifts in Kleinwalsertal and Oberstdorf is also included.

You also receive many discounts in Kleinwalsertal and throughout the Allgäu.

You can use the Allgäu Walser app to download your discounted arrival and departure ticket for the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal or Kleinwalsertal-Oberstdorf route to your smartphone. You can also book your ski pass via this app.

Please check out by 11:00 am on the day of departure at the latest.

You are welcome to use our SPA area, sun terrace and Alpine Lounge until 2:00 pm on the day of departure.

If you still need departure tickets for a cheaper bus ride to Oberstdorf, you can book them yourself via the Allgäu Walser app.

Car:

On the day of arrival and departure, you can park your car in the arrival and departure area for loading and unloading at short notice. We ask you not to park there permanently, as these spaces must be free for the fire department in emergencies!

For permanent parking, you can park in front of the hotel, in our second parking lot (20 meters further out of the valley) and in our underground parking lot. If you would like to book an underground parking space for € 10.00 per night, please contact reception.

All e-car charging stations in Kleinwalsertal can be found on the notice board.

Babies:

We don't forget the littlest ones either!

On request you can get: kettle, diaper pail, high chair (free of charge) and a baby crib for € 5.00 per day. We can also prepare vegetable porridge for you. Please discuss this with our restaurant or reception team.

Please check your info invoice when we present it to you. The invoice must list all restaurant and bar consumptions as well as spa treatments. The complete invoice must then be paid on site.

Once your invoice has been finalized by payment, no more changes can be made to the invoice (according to Austrian tax law)!

We ask for your understanding that American Express cards are not accepted and business cards are only accepted in exceptional cases.

You will find the menu suggestions for dinner on your table at breakfast. We ask you to select your preferred menu in the morning.

Please take your seat for the evening menu by 20:00 at the latest.

If you don't like our menu, you have the option of swapping it for an à la carte dish.

We will deduct € 8.00 per adult and € 4.00 per child from the value of the selected à la carte dish as a credit note.

You can store any bicycles you bring with you in our depot. Our reception team will be happy to show you where to find it.

Hotel events:

Possible program points and hikes, as well as the registration for this, please refer to the "bulletin board" in the reception area in good time.

Dogs:

You will find the nearest dog station from the exit on the left on the way to Breitach.

Dogs must be muzzled on the bus. You can buy a muzzle at the large cable cars (small € 4.50 - large € 6.00). Your dog needs an extra ticket to use the cable cars (in summer: €5.00 for 7 days).

If you don't want to leave your four-legged friend alone in your room for breakfast or dinner, please speak to our friendly reception team. We will find a solution!

Your dog is welcome to join you on the sun terrace, in the lounge and in the Almbar. It is not permitted to take your dog into the main restaurant or the wellness area including the sunbathing lawn. Please also make sure that your dog does not jump onto the furniture (bed, couch, etc.). You will find blankets for your pet in the dog basket.

Please feed your dog on the balcony and do not leave any food / food on the balcony, as we have thieving magpies.

On rest days, you are welcome to end the evening in our alpine lounge or on the sun terrace in summer.

Night entrance:

Your room key also fits the hotel entrance door! If you are staying out longer than 22:00, we ask you to take your room key with you.

The door locks automatically.

Please do not lock from the inside!

If you have forgotten your room key, you can report to the Almbar until 24:00. (Not on the day of rest)

Forgotten?

If you have forgotten cosmetics/hygiene products, we have replacements available for you at reception, some items at an extra charge.

Walser Bus:

With your Allgäu Walser Pass, you can use the Walser Bus in Kleinwalsertal free of charge, because your car is on vacation too!

If you continue your journey beyond the "Walserschanze" stop (state border), you must pay the bus driver the fare for the additional route, one-way or return. Alternatively, you can book connecting tickets via the Allgäu-Walser app.

Ecologically and economically, you can move freely around Kleinwalsertal without having to search for a parking space. You will find a bus timetable in our information corner at reception, as well as information on surcharges and discounts in Kleinwalsertal and the Allgäu. The reception team will also be happy to help you with any further questions.

Laundry service:

Would you like to have something washed? - No problem! Please report to reception to pick up a laundry bag.

Prices are calculated per item of clothing. We will return the laundry to your room within 24 hours. Please note that we do not accept wool or silk garments as we cannot hand wash them.

Z

Room service:

If you see the housekeeping sign on the door, please contact us at reception if you would like to have your room cleaned.
