Maybe we’ll move.

Maybe we’ll be quiet.

Maybe we’ll be loud.

Maybe we’ll laugh.

Maybe we’ll cry.

Maybe all of these at once.

And who knows—in the end

we might even yodel in harmony.🤍

I definitely don’t want to create a space where I tell you what you have to do.

You have the choice. Always. At any time. Every day, every hour. Every second.

I want to create a space that we shape together.

You bring yourself.

Your body. Your breath. Your story. Your questions.

And together we’ll see what emerges.

In a circle where there is no beginning and no end.

A space where we are all teachers,

and it is precisely in this space that you can encounter yourself.

Honestly. Authentically. And with everything that is there.
