This course combines classic Pilates with targeted pelvic floor training for a strong core. Through conscious breathing, precise exercises and gentle strengthening, we not only strengthen the abdomen and back, but also activate deep layers of muscle. Pilates meets pelvic floor power - mindful, effective and powerful from the inside out.
