Nature Tour of the Wasenmoos Raised Bog
The Wasenmoos is widely known and a popular destination for day trips. It’s not just its beauty that captivates visitors; the raised bog is also impressive as a habitat and a complex ecosystem.
On a guided tour led by an expert from the Moorverein, you can discover this protected area in a whole new light—from different types of bogs to birds, animals, and plants. By the way: all three carnivorous plants native to Austria can be found at Wasenmoos!
The tour takes place with a minimum of 3 participants!
Meeting point: Wasenmoos parking lot (next to the Tauernblick Mountain Resort) –
then continue on foot to the Wasenmoos Pavilion
