MEDICAL WALKING
Every step keeps you fit. Our feet carry us through life - mostly unconsciously and unnoticed. A conscious use of the arms mobilizes and strengthens the shoulder girdle and back. An upright posture enables relaxed breathing and has a decisive influence on which muscles are trained. With the Medical Walking School we question our habitual gait and find our optimal stride length and walking technique.
FASCIA WALKING
Clearly and with simple tips the fascia network and the so-called guidelines are stimulated. From conscious foot strike to impression, from glass balls in the hands to gliding shoulder blades. Goal: elastic, light and buoyant walking - and ideally implement it in everyday life!
REACTIVE WALKING
The special feature of reactive walking equipment: Inside there is a granulate filling that creates a "rustling" sound with every movement. At the reversal point of the arm movement, first the shell and then - slightly delayed - the granulate filling is slowed down. This creates an impulse that triggers a reactive tension of the muscles, the muscle stretch reflex. This is why we also speak of reactive or impulse-reflex training. The impulse works down to the deep muscles and more than 90% of the entire body musculature is used. This is what makes this training so effective.
The special feature: while standing and walking, effective mobilization and strengthening exercises are also performed. Core training, strengthening and mobilization, .... Reactive Walking is the all-round whole-body fitness program in the fresh air.
