Description
In Bad Aussee, directly on highway 145, there is an interesting Lotus museum. Among other things, there are still roadworthy exhibits, a Jochen Rindt collection with a memorial corner and a slot car track from 1960. The cozy club bar with video wall invites you to linger.
The Lotus museum has the most different Lotus of oldtimers like Europa, Esprit, Super 7, Elite, Exel, also new models like Elise, etc. also formula cars are to be visited, it is approx. 1200! Model cars, many magazines, various collectibles, a slot car track (well known to many Ausseern) a Jochen Rindt collection, many photos, etc. in the museum. Movies can be watched on the video wall and music from past times is played.
Simply everything that makes a motorsport fan and especially a Lotus fan's heart beat faster. The Lotus Museum in Bad Aussee is the only Lotus Museum in Europe!
