THE FOREST CALLS:

Forest bathing is the mindful stay in the forest, where the focus is on absorbing the atmosphere and close contact with nature.

Forest bathing is intended to help you slow down, find new zest for life and replenish your energy reserves.

You are invited to listen, rest and let go with all your senses.

Attention: it is NOT a family hike and dogs are unfortunately not allowed! There is separate forest bathing for the whole family on request!

To bring along for forest bathing:

Weatherproof, warm clothing, good shoes, sitting pad if needed and drink.

Meeting place:

Tristacherseeparking lot Seewiesenweg 1, 9907 Tristach.

Time:

every Wednesday also in rainy weather

(except storm and heavy thunderstorm)

until July & from September 10:00-12:30 a.m.

July & August 9:00-11:30 a.m.
