In this course, neuroathletics trainer Jörn uncovers potential deficits and imbalances in your movement system that have a negative impact on your coordination and conditioning skills. These could in turn affect your everyday output and training and lead to physical complaints. In this course, you will also learn specific routines and exercises that you can easily integrate into your everyday life to improve your mobility in the long term.
