Join the experienced forest therapy guide and nature coach Barbara Wiegele for "forest bathing" in our mountain forest. In simple, sensory-based exercises, we immerse ourselves in the healing atmosphere of nature and marvel together at the diversity of life and our perceptions.
This event is suitable for everyone, requires no prior knowledge or fitness and is a culturally neutral practice.
Equipment:
Comfortable, warm and weatherproof clothing and shoes.
Rain or sun protection (depending on the weather; rain ponchos can be borrowed from reception), something to drink if required.
