- 6 eggs

- 375 g sugar

- 410 g flour

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 300 ml milk

- 225 g butter

Preparation

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gently fold it in. Heat the milk and butter together until the butter is completely melted.

Then slowly stir the warm milk-butter mixture into the beaten mixture.

Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 35 minutes.
