Yoga for parents & children

Family yoga, like children's yoga, focuses on the joy of play and movement. In yoga partner exercises, for example, parents and children support each other, which promotes stability, support and togetherness. At the end of the family yoga class, we cuddle together and relax with a nice fantasy journey or massage.
