When doing yoga on the water, we swap the mat for the paddleboard and practise our yoga, meditation and breathing exercises on the unstable surface, which has a more intensive effect. This not only trains concentration and coordination, but also directs our attention to the here and now. Body and mind are challenged and the deep muscles are strengthened.
SUP yoga is suitable for everyone, even yoga beginners, as long as you are prepared to leave your comfort zone.
