Description
Thematic fasting according to Buchinger with systemic constellations.
Through a mindfully guided shift in perspective, a new level of health, vitality, mindfulness, understanding, and—above all—self-determination can be discovered and achieved.
Time and again, we reach turning points in our lives where we want to make a change but can’t find the answers.
The reasons and causes for physical symptoms, stress, listlessness, relationship conflicts, or professional difficulties are varied—and often we fail to notice the visible and invisible signs.
This fasting program can help you develop new approaches to solving problems and broaden your personal perspective.
Through SYSTEMIC SELF-ENCOUNTER—in individual sessions as well as in voluntary group work—clear paths to solutions can be found for repressed issues as well as for entirely new ones.
We’ll guide you with empathy and mindfulness throughout this week on your personal journey toward better health and a greater zest for life.
