In this special themed week, we combine the ancient wisdom of conscious breathing with the healing power of sound—guided by experienced therapists and true masters from Nepal.
Jane, a breathwork therapist, physical therapist, and relaxation expert, will show you—in a safe, mindful setting—how to release stress, regulate your nervous system, and recharge your energy through conscious breathing.
Vera, a sound therapist, sports therapist, and yoga teacher (trained by Kamal & Raj in Nepal), will guide you into deep relaxation through intuitive sound work and mindful yoga sessions—a state in which body and mind truly find peace.
And then there are Kamal and Raj—two Nepalese sound masters from the Himalayas who are granted visas to Germany only in rare, exceptional cases. Having them here with us is a true privilege. Together with them, you’ll experience the authentic power of traditional sound baths—just as they’ve been practiced in Nepal for centuries.
