Lower Body Sculpt is a workout program focused on shaping and strengthening the lower body – including the glutes, thighs, hamstrings, and calves. Exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, and step-ups are used, either with bodyweight alone or with added resistance (e.g., dumbbells or resistance bands). The goal is to tone the muscles, increase strength, and improve posture and balance.
