Nordic Walking with Karin

Description

Karin has been in Lenzerheide for 21 years and knows a lot of great hiking trails and hidden beauties here in Vaz/Obervaz. She is a qualified Nordic Walking instructor and offers walking lessons for a healthy mind and body for our guests.

A lesson includes:

- Warm-up & stretching exercises

- Training according to the ALFA- method

- Individual walking tour
