Treat yourself to a week full of peace, mindfulness and new energy: during the "Silent Week", you consciously say goodbye to external stimuli such as social media and create space for clarity, relaxation and regeneration. In a mindful environment, you will experience silence, gentle movement and soothing rituals that sustainably strengthen body and mind.
Guided sessions of yoga, meditation and conscious time in nature will help you to reconnect with yourself. The retreat is complemented by deeply effective treatments and special moments that will linger for a long time.
This creates a time-out that slows you down, grounds you and realigns you internally.
