LAKE ANTHOLZ

It is the scenic highlight of the Antholz Valley: Lake Antholz. The mountain lake lies at an altitude of 1,642 m above sea level. With its turquoise-green water and the wonderful mountain world of the Rieserferner Ahrn Nature Park that surrounds it, it is one of the most popular excursion destinations in the Pustertal Valley alongside the Pragser Wildsee lake. And although the idyllic lake is the third largest natural lake in South Tyrol, it can be completely circumnavigated.
