Whole-body cryotherapy is a two-chamber system. The pre-chamber has a temperature of minus 60°C. Guests stay in it for around 30 seconds. In the main chamber at minus 110°C, guests spend a maximum of a further 2.5 minutes. The cold therapy works due to the strong thermal stimulus and relieves pain, inhibits inflammatory processes and the immune system can be positively influenced by the cold.
