The entire area is gently stimulated with invigorating fragrances such as mint or citrus oil and targeted grips on selected acupuncture points. This special technique helps to relieve tension, clear the head and even tired eyes become alert again.
The crowning glory? A glacier shock! The treated areas are then rubbed with ice - this not only provides a freshness boost, but also gets the circulation going and intensifies the effect of the massage.
