YogaLatis is a mixture of yoga and Pilates, with holistic full-body training, breathing exercises - pranayamas and a focus on inner peace, i.e. wonderful exercises for the whole body and for the soul!
Many of us are crooked on one side of the body and have shortened muscles = imbalance, have back pain (unfortunately it has become a widespread disease) and suffer from mental problems due to stress etc. in this fast-paced world.
In this class we train from the center of the body, the so-called powerhouse, mainly abdominal and back muscles and balance. Breathing and movement are brought into harmony together. Our aim is to unite body and mind, prevent injuries and pain and strengthen our endurance and flexibility.
"After 10 sessions you feel better, after 20 sessions you look better and after 30 sessions you have a new body" according to Pilates inventor Joseph Hubertus Pilates.
Through strengthening, mobilization, breathing exercises, stretching and relaxation we achieve:
