YogaLatis is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates, with holistic whole body training, breathing exercises -Pranayamas and focus on inner peace, so wonderful exercises for the whole body and for the soul!
Many of us are crooked on one side of the body and have shortened muscles = dysbalance, have back pain (unfortunately it has become a widespread disease) and suffer from mental problems due to stress etc. in this fast living time.
In this class we train from the center of the body, the so-called powerhouse, mainly abdominal and back muscles and balance. Together, breathing and movement are brought into harmony. Our goal is to unite body & mind, prevent injuries and pain and strengthen our strength endurance and flexibility.
