Description
The Alpinarium Galtür is an exhibition house of a special "ART" and a central component of the 345 meter long and 19 meter high avalanche protection wall. The combination of protective wall and exhibition space makes the Alpinarium Galtür and its architecture unique in Europe. The nomination for the European Museum Award 2007 and 2015 and the award of the Austrian Museum Quality Seal underline the quality of the house.
