Winter hike to the Obergassalm

The starting point of the hike is at the gondola lift mountain station. You can get there with the Alpendorf gondola lift, which takes you from the valley up to approx. 1,600 m in a short journey time.

The hiking trail runs along the 2.1-kilometre-long high-altitude cross-country ski trail in a wonderful winter landscape and - weather permitting - with a fantastic mountain panorama. As you walk on a groomed snow trail, good footwear is recommended.

The Obergassalm winter hiking trail is a circular hike and you return to the top station of the Alpendorf gondola lift.
