Guided winter walk

The starting point of our winter hike together is the valley station of the Alpendorf gondola lift. From there, we walk together along the road for a while before turning off onto a wide winter hiking trail away from the hustle and bustle. On the way, we enjoy the wonderful view over St. Johann with a warming cup of spruce needle tea. After around 30 minutes, we reach the Gut Berg nature hotel and set off on the exciting tree nature trail. Together we discover the local tree species in an informative and entertaining way before continuing on to the Gut Berg Stadl. Depending on the weather, we will return to the starting point by torchlight along the same route.

Meeting point/start: Monday, 4.00 pm in front of the information office at the Alpendorf gondola valley station (opposite Snoworld)

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Difficulty/condition: easy

Equipment & clothing: sturdy shoes, warm clothing, possibly a change of clothes, sufficient liquid (water, tea)
