Information for Travel Agencies

"Agency Policy: 1. Reservation Requests

Requests from agencies must be received only in writing via e-mail.

2. Our offer will be sent based on availability at the time of the request.

3. Commission

A 7% commission is recognized.

In our offer 7% commission is already included in the quoted price.

The quoted price is to be considered net.

4. Confirmation and payments

At the confirmation of the reservation is required to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.

The balance must be made by bank transfer within 14 days after the arrival of guests.

5. Cancellation terms

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation within this period, the deposit will be returned in full.

6. Invoicing

The invoice will be issued only at the end of the stay.

7. Sojourn tax

The sojourn tax is the responsibility of the guest, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the agency.

8. Late arrival, early departure and no-show

In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.

9. Changes to reservation

Any changes made less than 30 days before arrival will be subject to the same conditions as cancellation.

10. Method of payment of balance

The balance must be paid only by bank transfer within the specified terms.

11. Multiple Reservations/Groups

For reservations of more than 3 rooms, we require the complete rooming list to be sent at least 48 hours before the guests' arrival."
