Easy Nordic Walking tour by arrangement with the participants with ex-trainer Markus Dutschke!
We start the day with a hearty WALK in the Black Forest with fresh air & exercise!
Please bring suitable, functional, safe Nordic Walking poles.
If necessary, Nordic walking poles can also be borrowed from me on site.
No one has to - you can also do it without poles!
PLEASE THINK OF:
- clothing adapted to the outdoor, season, activity and weather in the onion-skin principle & sturdy walking shoes with grip.
- Sufficient warm drinking water/tea - for outdoor, season, activity and weather adapted clothing according to the onion-skin principle & sturdy hiking boots with grip.
- Sufficient warm drinking water/tea, if necessary. Bring a rucksack (with adjustable waist and chest strap).
- Drink enough water before participating

You will receive a confirmation the evening before if the program takes place. If you cancel your booking/reservation with us after this date, we will charge a cancellation fee of EUR 95 per person.
We nevertheless reserve the right to cancel the program if the minimum number of participants is not reached
