Through mindfulness exercises—with and without rollers and balls—deep-seated body structures and sections of the fascial pathways are activated and stimulated, tension is identified, and body awareness is cultivated.
We will give plenty of space to the breath, inviting the body to shift from a state of high tension to one of relaxation—and regeneration ensues.
