Calm yin postures are held for several minutes and can have a relaxing effect on fascia, joints and the nervous system.

Accompanied by singing bowls and other instruments rich in overtones, an energy of sound unfolds throughout the body. The vibrations support the release of tension and bring body, mind and emotions into balance.

The class is suitable for everyone and invites peace, mindfulness and inner contemplation.
