At 1,650m, the Tauplitzalm is the highest lake plateau in Central Europe. The 6-lake hike, of which we will encounter 5 lakes, leads to the highest lake plateau in the Northern Limestone Alps.

We take an 8-seater bus (from 9 people with your own car) on a well-maintained asphalt serpentine road to the Tauplitzalm (1650m). From there, we hike the plateau on trails, away from the signposted paths.
